受委托，广东省拍卖行有限公司定于2025年1月23日10时整在“广东省公共资源交易中心（网址：https://mall.gdaee.com.cn/page/index）”交易平台上按现状公开拍卖以下标的：

一、标的目录

二、竞买人资格要求：

1、具有独立承担民事责任能力的在中华人民共和国境内注册成立的企业法人。

2、意向竞买人营业执照经营范围应包括“再生资源回收、废旧物资（或金属）回收”等内容。（不接受自然人和个体工商户）

三、标的展示时间及地点

1、时间：2025年1月19、20 日（来电预约）。

2、地点：韶关市乳源县天井山林场综合服务中心。

四、竞买登记及缴纳保证金

1. 意向竞买者必须在2025年1月21日16:00前（逾期不予受理）网上完成注册、报名和缴纳保证金，经拍卖机构审核通过并确认保证金后方有资格参与竞买。

2. 竞买登记需提供以下的资料于交易平台报名、缴纳竞拍保证金上传前提交给与拍卖人，

（提供的复印件均须加盖公章）资料包括：

（1）有效的营业执照（原件扫描上传，原件核验并提交复印件一份）。

（2）法定代表人证明书及身份证（原件扫描上传，并提交证明书原件和身份证复印件各一份）。

（3）法人授权委托书及被授权人身份证（原件扫描上传，并提交授权书原件和身份证复印件各一份）。

3. 注册：首次参与竞买的竞买人登录交易平台，需在“广东省公共资源交易中心（https://mall.gdaee.com.cn/page/index）”点击“注册”，完成注册后，方可进行报名和缴纳保证金等操作。

4. 报名：登录交易平台——选择“公共资源”类别——在标的物页面中点击“我要报名”，填写报名信息并上传报名资料（上传的附件为竞买登记提供的资料电子扫描件）

5. 缴纳竞买保证金：2025年1月21日16:00前（逾期不予受理）将竞买保证金以转账形式划入以下账户（到账为准，汇款时备注标的序号或标的名称；户名：广东省拍卖行有限公司 ，账号：4405 0158 0510 0000 0379，开户行：中国建设银行广州珠江俊园支行）， 竞买人线下转账成功后，按照《广东省公共资源交易中心竞买人操作手册》填写缴纳保证金信息并上传缴纳凭证（上传的附件为竞买登记提供的资料电子扫描件）。

Under the entrustment, Guangdong Auction House Co., Ltd. is scheduled to publicly auction the following items at 10:00 on January 23 , 2025 on the 'Guangdong Public Resources Trading Center (website: https://mall.gdaee.com.cn/page/index ) ' trading platform as of the current status:

II. Qualification requirements for bidders:

1. A corporate entity registered in the People's Republic of China with the capacity to independently bear civil liability.

2. The business scope of the intended bidder's business license should include 'recycling of renewable resources, recycling of waste materials (or metals)', etc. (Natural persons and individual businesses are not accepted)

3. Time and place of display of the subject matter

1. Time : January 19 and 20 , 2025 ( call to make an appointment).

2. Location: Tianjingshan Forest Farm Comprehensive Service Center, Ruyuan County, Shaoguan City.

IV. Registration and deposit payment

1. Potential bidders must complete online registration, application and deposit payment before 16:00 on January 21 , 2025 (applications submitted after the deadline will not be accepted). They will be eligible to participate in the bidding only after being reviewed and approved by the auction organization and the deposit is confirmed.

2. To register for bidding, you need to provide the following information and submit it to the auctioneer before registering on the trading platform and paying the bidding deposit .

(All copies provided must be stamped with the official seal) Information includes:

( 1 ) A valid business license (scan and upload the original, verify the original and submit a copy).

( 2 ) Legal representative certificate and ID card (scan and upload the original, and submit one copy of the original certificate and one copy of the ID card).

( 3 ) Authorization letter from the legal person and ID card of the authorized person (scan and upload the original, and submit one copy of the original authorization letter and one copy of the ID card).

3. Registration: First-time bidders need to log in to the trading platform and click 'Register' at the 'Guangdong Provincial Public Resources Trading Center ( https://mall.gdaee.com.cn/page/index ) '. Only after completing the registration can they proceed with operations such as registration and payment of deposit.

4. Registration: Log in to the trading platform - select the 'Public Resources' category - click 'I want to register' on the subject matter page, fill in the registration information and upload the registration materials (the uploaded attachment is the electronic scanned copy of the materials provided for the bidding registration)

5. Pay the bidding deposit: Before 16:00 on January 21 , 2025 (late applications will not be accepted), the bidding deposit shall be transferred to the following account (subject to receipt, please note the target number or target name when remitting money; Account name: Guangdong Auction House Co., Ltd. , Account number: 4405 0158 0510 0000 0379 , Opening bank: China Construction Bank Guangzhou Zhujiang Junyuan Branch).
